Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order? Our total estimated delivery time is 5 to 11 business days. This is broken down into two stages:

  • Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days.

  • Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days. (Please note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.)

How much does shipping cost? We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package directly through the carrier's website. If you don't receive this within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Payments & Billing

Which payment methods do you accept? We accept the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and Apple Pay.

Is my financial information secure? Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your data during checkout. We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.

Do you offer financing or installment plans? We do not currently offer installment plans or partial payments. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition.

  • In the original packaging with all included items.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

How do I handle a damaged or defective item? If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the product and packaging. Contact us at support@tfdandupholstery.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
